Flashcards are a popular study tool. They’re easy to make, carry around, and are more effective than reading through pages of notes. Even just writing information onto flashcards is an effective studying technique.

Don’t be too hard on yourself the first time around. If you struggle to recall particular answers, it might mean you need to focus your attention on that area of concern.

7. Get Plenty of Sleep

Sleep is often associated with better academic performance. Memory recall and the ability to maintain concentration are much improved when you have a whole night’s rest.

To enjoy the maximum benefits of sleep, you should maintain a healthy sleep pattern for at least a week before your exam.

Aim for around eight to nine hours of sleep every night. This will allow your brain to function the next day fully.

8. Prep the Night Before

The night before your exam can be stressful for any student. Use this night for simple revision and review the study notes you have created during your study sessions. Don’t cram any new information, as it’s unlikely you’ll retain it anyway.

Eat a well-balanced meal and go to bed early. But before you do, gather all the materials you’ll need for the exam. As the telemetry exam is online, make sure your laptop or computer is in working order and fully charged.
